To change it, use an HTML Editor of your choice to create a file called "index.html and save it to a folder on your local computer.

Use an FTP client program to transfer "index.html" to the remote server ftp://secretnation.org, and log in with USERNAME and PASSWORD.
Change the remote server directory to the "www" directory and your local computer to the directory that contains "index.html" then TRANSFER the file.
local computer/local directory --> secretnation.org/www directory

It's really a one, two step to get there.
